B2B sales experience preferred, but not required. Ongoing training and support will be provided for those that qualify. Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to manage yourself and get things done.

This is a home-based operation and will require office space, cell phone, PC or laptop, and reliable transportation. A digital camera is helpful, but not required.

This Puget Sound Company has created a national network of independent community operators to deliver local content and information in a better way, via the Internet.

This community directory service features the use of a $30,000 highly interactive, sophisticated website that offers a complete and up-to-date list of all active businesses, community events, and nonprofit organizations for each territory. It is loaded with customizable, popular features for the business community and the public alike.

The average proprietary manager can expect 30+/- annual advertising contracts, per month, with a suggested retail of $400 to $800, or 9K to 12K in gross sales per month, or 96K to 144K per year. These figures are based on 40 hours per week, full time.

The Company will provide the website, complete written standard operations manual, a proven marketing strategy, and ongoing training and support.

All of the gross proceeds generated by each marketing territory go directly to the operator, not the company. These generously-sized territories are available to those who qualify on an independent contractor agreement with a 70/30 commission-split. (70% to the operator/30% to the company.) It is possible to become an owner and eliminate the commission-split altogether.
